Sales and Marketing Associate
We are seeking a high-energy Sales and Marketing Associate for our start-up firm (located in Newton MA) which provides sales and marketing services to small to mid-size companies.
You will help carryout sales and marketing functions for our clients. This will include performing market research about potential customers for our clients, as well as, visiting various companies to build awareness of our clients business.
We will train you and support you to achieve your goals.
This opportunity will start out at 10-30 hours per week, approximately half of which will be spent outside the office. We offer flexible hours and an intimate friendly work environment. You will be an integral part of our team.
You need to be an excellent communicator in both speaking and writing, self motivated with an upbeat attitude. Exceptional organizational skills with consistent follow-through, as well as attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Market research about potential customers and target industries
- Planning, writing and executing direct marketing and email campaigns
- Establishing phone contact with potential clients and setting appointments for principal partners
- Developing and maintaining a database of potential customers
- Executing various promotional campaigns and collecting leads as they are generated
- Following up with leads generated by all promotional programs
- Administrative support to help build the business
Compensation is a combination of hourly rate and performance-based compensation, commensurate with experience and results.
