HOW DROLLS LOCATED AND CONNECTED LEADS ON A GLOBAL SCALE

About the company

Mindspace is a global high-end workspace provider. The company specializes in providing SMBs and businesses worldwide with fully serviced, all-inclusive, and personally tailored working environments. Mindspace has a proven track record for meeting its clients’ needs, with many of the companies they service being Fortune 500 companies.

The Challenge: MAKING SURE EVERY INBOUND LEAD IS CONTACTED

With 31 locations scattered throughout 16 cities across the US, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, Poland, and Israel, Mindspace knew they had a large and overwhelming target market waiting for them.

Operating in such a wide variety of locations required Mindspace to have a large team of sales representatives, with nine managers located worldwide coordinating sales teams; however, these teams were struggling to find sales qualified meetings to fill up their calendars. In addition, although Mindspace was getting inbound leads from around the world from their marketing campaigns, many of these leads were missing data such as location, contact information, and more.

2020 presented another challenge - the coronavirus pandemic led many workplaces to adopt a work-from-home approach, which lowered the demand for office locations.

The Solution

Mindspace approached DRolls with the ambitious goal of filling their sales teams’ calendars and forging connections with contacts who could use their services in their many global locations. DRolls had to begin by researching the ideal targets for the services Mindspace had to offer and qualify all inbound leads. Additionally, many of the leads had partial information. The DRolls’ team was happy to do the research and fill in the blanks.

Dealing with inbound leads was time sensitive, which required the DRolls team to follow up on leads as quickly as possible, often within the same working day, as well as across multiple time zones and in several languages. DRolls’ team also needed to remain informed on the details around Mindspace offices in various locations. Their information on details such as pricing and availability had to remain consistently up to date.

DRolls assigned a team with SDRs in multiple locations so they could interact with leads in their local language. DRolls worked with Mindspace's sizable international team of representatives to schedule meetings with potential customers, which quickly led to an increase in deals closed. Coordinating such a large and complex operation on a global scale was challenging, but with DRolls' assistance, Mindspace soon saw tremendous success.

OVER 500 MEETINGS WITH GLOBAL LEADS DESPITE ECONOMIC

DRolls began working with Mindspace at the beginning of 2021 when a work-from-home model had already become entrenched in many industries. The demand for office space had dropped significantly. Despite these additional challenges, Mindspace saw tremendous success. DRolls successfully identified potential clients worldwide and filled Mindspace’s representatives’ calendars, organizing over 500 meetings in 3 months.
