The Challenge: MAKING SURE EVERY INBOUND LEAD IS CONTACTED
With 31 locations scattered throughout 16 cities across the US, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, Poland, and Israel, Mindspace knew they had a large and overwhelming target market waiting for them.
Operating in such a wide variety of locations required Mindspace to have a large team of sales representatives, with nine managers located worldwide coordinating sales teams; however, these teams were struggling to find sales qualified meetings to fill up their calendars. In addition, although Mindspace was getting inbound leads from around the world from their marketing campaigns, many of these leads were missing data such as location, contact information, and more.
2020 presented another challenge - the coronavirus pandemic led many workplaces to adopt a work-from-home approach, which lowered the demand for office locations.
